Sherry Ehrhart is our children's director and fireball of energy. She went to Asuza Pacific University where she was a psychology major specializing with children. She has served in KidZone, our children's ministry, as teacher, program director, team leader, and the occasional musical director at Pathway for over eleven years. Sherry also spent three years teaching 5th grade for private schools and has a passion for Christian mentorship and instruction within education. She currently serves on the board of directors for Summit Christian School in Fair Oaks. As her "free time" allows, she representatives the publishing company GospelLight, speaking at seminars and meeting with church volunteers and staff to develop their children's ministries. One of her greatest joys in ministry at Pathway is leading a parenting small group based on Growing Kids God's Way and developing her own parenting skills while encouraging others to do the same.
She and her husband Wes are about to celebrate a decade together and are very proud of their six year old son Caleb and twin three year old daughters Kate and Kenzie. For fun, Sherry enjoys facebook, cake decorating, introducing her kids to classic musicals, and developing her Pandora mix of jazz for making dinner and clean hip hop for housework. Wes Ehrhart, Pathway's Associate Pastor, has his hand in a few things at Pathway, including student ministry, life groups, techie stuff and other places where there's need! A graduate from Fuller Seminary with a Master of Arts in Theology with a Biblical Studies emphasis, Wes loves brainstorming how God wants to do new ministry in and through Pathway. Ephesians 4:11-13 is his call, to equip the saints to do the work of God. Wes recently taught a couple of junior high classes at Summit Christian School in Fair Oaks during last school year & helps with camps at Redwood Christian Park in the summer. Aside from spending time with wife Sherry, kids Caleb, Kate and Kenzie, Wes loves reading, listening to music, strumming a few tunes on his guitar, messing around on his computer, playing disc golf and making meager attempts of being handy at home.
